Shipping and Returns

 Online purchases can be easily returned for FREE (no return shipping or handling fees) by mail by following the below procedure. We will refund your purchase price, excluding your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.

N.B. Unless the product is faulty, products must be returned unopened in new condition and within 14 days of delivery receipt. If you are unsure if your product is eligible for return please email: admin@bespokeskintechnology.com

Step 1. Email admin@bespokeskintechnology.com with the following information: first name, surname, email address, contact telephone number and order number which can be found on your emailed order confirmation receipt.

Step 2. We will send you a pre-paid return satchel.

Step 3. Place the products together with a copy of your emailed confirmation receipt into the satchel.

Step 4. Notify us that the parcel is ready for collection by emailing: admin@bespokeskintechnology.com and we will organise for it to be collected.

 

 

 

All Bespoke Skin Technology order totals are shown in Australian dollars and are shipped from Melbourne Australia via courier.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been packed.

Standard shipping is free of charge for all orders Australia wide.

Please allow 2 – 3 days for delivery to Metropolitan areas* and 5 -10 days for all other areas.

* Metropolitan areas in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane only.

We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Australian public holidays.

Our couriers do not deliver on Australian public holidays or weekends.

Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather.

 

Do you ship to P.O. BOX?

Yes, we do ship to P.O Boxes via our delivery partner Australia Post. 

 

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

If you parcel hasn’t arrived in the time periods specified above or if you’d like additional information please email your enquiry to admin@bespokeskintechnology.com

 

Will I get charged for a re-delivery?

There is no re-delivery fee. If you are not available to receive the order, our courier partner will contact you to arrange re-delivery at a suitable time. If our partners are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your package will be returned to us and we will contact you.

 

What if I’m unable to sign for the delivery?

If you’re unable to sign for your parcel, our delivery partner is able to leave your parcel in a secure place at your address without a signature.

 

Can I pick my parcel up from an associated Bespoke Skin Technology Retailer?

Unfortunately, we do not have a self-collection option currently for online orders.
