Please note: products must be returned unopened, in new condition, and within 14 days of delivery unless the item is faulty.

All orders are shown in Australian dollars and are shipped from Melbourne via courier.You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been packed.
Standard shipping is free on orders over $300. A $9.95 fee applies to orders under $300.
Delivery time frames: 2 to 3 days for metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, and 5 to 10 days for all other areas.
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Australian and Victorian public holidays. Couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping timelines may be longer during sales, holidays, and periods of extreme weather.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time frame or you would like an update, please email admin@bespokeskintechnology.com.

No. There is no re-delivery fee. If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier partner will contact you to arrange a new delivery time. If they are unable to reach you after several attempts, the package will be returned to us and we will contact you.
If you cannot sign for your parcel, our delivery partner can leave it in a secure location at your address without signature.
