SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Please note: products must be returned unopened, in new condition, and within 14 days of delivery unless the item is faulty.

If you are unsure whether your product is eligible for return, please email admin@bespokeskintechnology.com

Step 1
Email admin@bespokeskintechnology.com with your first name, surname, email address, contact number, and order number (found in your order confirmation email)
Step 2
We will send you a pre-paid return satchel.
Step 3
 Place the product and a copy of your order confirmation email inside the satchel.
Step 4
Drop your return to your local post office. 

Australia

All orders are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and are shipped from Melbourne via courier. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been packed.

Shipping rates and delivery timeframes:

  • Standard — AUD $9.95 | 2–8 business days
  • Express — AUD $15.00 | 1–4 business days
  • Free Standard Shipping — on orders AUD $300.00 and above

We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Australian and Victorian public holidays. Couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping timelines may be longer during sales, holidays, and periods of extreme weather.

New Zealand

All orders are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are shipped from Melbourne, Australia via international courier. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been packed.

  • Express International — NZD $20.00 | faster delivery
  • Free Standard Shipping — on orders NZD $340.00 and above
