SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped from Melbourne via Australia Post.

Our base currency is Australian dollars (AUD). If you are browsing from outside Australia, prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience. Final charges are processed according to Shopify’s currency conversion settings at checkout.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $300 AUD. Orders under $300 incur a $9.95 shipping fee.

Signature is required on delivery by default. Safe drop may be selected where available.

Estimated delivery times:
2 to 3 business days for metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane
5 to 10 business days for other Australian areas

New Zealand delivery timeframes vary depending on location.

Dispatch does not occur on weekends or Victorian public holidays.

Delivery timeframes may be extended during sale periods, holidays or extreme weather.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If a parcel is marked delivered but not received, we will work with Australia Post to investigate.
